By adding Call-Con to your guild, interacting with its commands, or visiting this dashboard, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the bot or accessing this site.

02 / User Conduct & Safety

Call-Con is designed to facilitate anonymous connections. To ensure a safe environment, you agree NOT to use the bot to:

• • Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame other users.
• • Share sexually explicit, graphic, violent, or illegal content.
• • Share private, sensitive, or personally identifiable information of others without consent.
• • Spam connections, exploit vulnerabilities, or use scripts/automations to manipulate matchmaking.

03 / Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the bot’s services (or your access to them) at any time, for any reason, without notice. Call-Con is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

04 / Reputation & Virtual Assets

Reputation points, levels, or achievements accumulated within Call-Con have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to reset or removal if a user is found violating conduct rules or bot mechanics.

05 / Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Call-Con or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the bot, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
